Forwarding & Customs Clearance:
According to the laws and regulations of the I.R. of Iran government, all the exhibition goods – except the prohibited items – are allowed to be entered to the fair temporarily and then should be turned back to the original country after the termination of the fair. But the exhibitors are permitted to release definitely one or two samples out of each type of their goods without any order registration and letter of credit and leave or sell them in Iran after the fair, upon the approval of the Iranian Ministry of Commerce. In fact, usual procedures and formalities for importing goods are eliminated from the exhibition commodities. Upon the request of the participants, we will cooperate for any required coordination regarding forwarding and clearance of their exhibition shipment. Meanwhile we will introduce you the forwarding agents who are expert in exhibition customs affairs and acquainted with the rules and formalities.

Visa & Accommodation:
Those applicants, who apply for Iranian entry visa, should fill in the visa application form which will be sent to them upon their request. We will follow up the procedures through our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For this purpose, the applicants should send us the completed form at least 45 day prior to the fair.
For hotel reservation the applicants are requested to contact us for the further coordination. We will introduce them the official agent of the event or directly introduce the hotels to them.
